WinSure Global is a venture capital firm that seeks to invests in pre-Series A companies, primarily in the UK and Western Europe. We focus on high-growth sectors like technology, prioritizing scalable B2B models with clear paths to profitability. Beyond capital, we provide strategic guidance and mentorship, leveraging our network of industry experts. Investment Focus

We are focused on supporting primarily early-stage businesses with scalable models that demonstrate potential for growth. Specifically, aim to engage with businesses that:

• Have achieved a level of initial traction.

• Operate in high-growth sectors. We target businesses that look to employ new technologies to accelerate growth.

• Operate B2B business models. We have a preference for B2B models over B2C or other direct consumer models.

• Have a clear path to a high margin profitability and/or venture returns within a 1-2-year and 5–7-year horizon, respectively.

Key Investment Criteria

Opportunities will be evaluated based on several criteria:

• The Team

We invest in founders as much as businesses. The quality of personnel is a primary consideration in our evaluation process whether we assess:

- Adaptability: Whether founders are able to pivot and navigate change.

- Track record: Where extensive financial track records are unavailable can founders provide evidence of personal performance.

- Founder-market fit: Can founders and their teams evidence an understanding of their market

• The Opportunity

We evaluate the market to assess that:

- A clear and demonstratable customer need.

- An addressable market large enough to be profitable.

- A catalyst for change for example regulatory changes, digital transformation or changing consumer habits.

• The Revenue Model

We seek businesses that have demonstrated early traction in terms of customer adoption or partnerships, even if they are pre-revenue. We also look for businesses with high gross margins, low variable costs and a clear path to scale.

• Exit Potential

We require a visible exit strategy. Firms must have clear paths to sustainable high margin profits over 1–2-year horizon and/or potential for strong returns through exits over a 5–7-year horizon. We look to exit through secondary share sales, initial public offering or mergers and acquisitions.
